The trap: 'zitten' and 'staan' are not always literal
In Dutch, 'zitten' and 'staan' often describe where something is, not just a posture. A cup 'staat' on the table. A message 'zit' in your phone. You do not need to translate the action. You just need to feel the position.
Regen in de stad
It rains today. Two friends meet anyway.

Hear all 20, then say them back
The interactive lesson plays every word, walks the story line by line, records your voice next to a native one, and remembers the ones you find hard. Lesson 1 needs no account.

- I can show something to someone.
- I can describe where I sit or stand.
- I can say I pay for something.
- I can talk about the weather and continue anyway.
Fifty fifty. We build it. You show up.
