Listening to Dutch you mostly understand is one of the most effective ways to build comprehension and vocabulary. It will not teach you to speak on its own, so combine it with speaking practice such as shadowing or conversations.
Choose an episode at your level, listen once without text, then again with the transcript. Look up the few words that block understanding, repeat a handful of sentences out loud, and listen to the same episode again a few days later.
