Does anything renew?
No. It is one payment for a fixed number of months. When the gift ends, they decide for themselves whether to continue.
When do the months start?
On the day they activate the gift, not the day you buy it. They have 2 years to activate it.
Will they know how to use it?
Yes. The card has a link and a QR code. They sign in or make a free account and the months start. Questions? Reply to any of our emails.
What if they already have Dutch Fluency?
Nothing is lost. Their current subscription stops at the end of the period they already paid for, and the gift starts right after.
What is included?
Everything in Pro: every Dutch Fluency app, the podcasts, the reading books, NT2 exam practice and talking with Rick. Extra hours of talking come on top.
What if they are just starting?
Pro works from the first words up to advanced. Everything adapts to their level.
Can I get a refund?
