Questions
Week by week or a pass: what is the difference?
You get exactly the same. Week by week is €7 and keeps going until you stop it. A pass is one payment for 12, 24 or 48 weeks. It is cheaper per week and stops by itself.
I am busy. Is this for me?
Yes. You decide how much. 15 minutes a day is enough to keep moving, and a lot of it is listening: on the bike, on the train or while you cook.
Is it right for my level?
Start with the free 3-minute level test. Your daily plan then follows your level and grows with you.
What happens when my pass ends?
Your access stops and we charge nothing. We email you two weeks and three days before, with a link if you want more weeks.
I pay week by week. Can I switch to a pass?
Yes. Buy a pass with the same email. Your weekly payments stop, and the pass starts when your paid week ends, so you never pay twice.
I buy a pass while I still have access. Do I lose days?
No. The new weeks come after the time you already paid for.
I already have Start, Fluency or Immersion.
Nothing changes for you: you keep your plan and your price. If you buy a pass with the same email, your plan stops at the end of the period you paid for and the pass takes over.
Can I try it for free first?
Yes. The level test and the free apps need no card. When you want everything, a week for €7 is the easiest way in.
